About the Platform

"eo999", "we", "our", and "platform" all refer to the eo999.lat website and all associated digital services. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who accesses or uses this platform.

Scope of These Terms

Age & Eligibility Requirements

One Account Only

Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts, or operating an account under someone else's identity, is strictly prohibited. If such a violation is detected, all related accounts will be permanently closed and any rewards or bonuses earned will be forfeited.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You must notify eo999 support immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all transactions carried out through your account.

Accepted Payment Methods

The following payment methods are currently supported on the eo999 platform:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service
• Nagad — Mobile financial service operated by the postal department
• Rocket — Mobile banking service from Dutch-Bangla Bank

Funds sent through any method other than those listed above may not be accepted, and eo999 bears no responsibility for such transactions.

Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. No transactions below these amounts will be processed.

Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour. However, if account verification is in progress or an unusual transaction is suspected, eo999 reserves the right to request additional information and to place the withdrawal on hold in the meantime.

Transaction Authenticity

All deposit and withdrawal requests must be made from a payment account registered in the user's own name. Transactions conducted through a third party are considered a violation of eo999's security policy and may result in the account being placed under investigation.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and get a ৳1,200 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,200. Or deposit ৳18,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, starting with a total of ৳28,000.

Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing any winnings earned from a bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus only — not the deposit. Example: a ৳1,200 bonus requires a total of ৳24,000 in wagers to be completed. Withdrawal from the bonus balance is not possible before this requirement is met.

Bonus Abuse

Exploiting any technical weakness or loophole in the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage, collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, or any other fraudulent activity will be considered bonus abuse. In such cases, eo999 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

Other Promotional Offers

From time to time, eo999 may provide various special offers. The specific terms of each such offer will be stated in that offer's description. If there is a conflict between the general terms and the terms of a special offer, the special offer's terms will take precedence.

Tier Structure

The eo999 VIP program has four levels. The weekly cashback for each level is as follows:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancing to a higher tier depends on your activity and participation on the platform.

Cashback Eligibility

Cashback is calculated based on active bets each week and is credited directly to your account. Additional wagering requirements may apply to receive cashback — contact support for details. eo999 reserves the right to modify VIP program benefits at any time.

List of Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the eo999 platform:

• Playing games or placing bets using bots, automated software, or scripts
• Accessing or operating another person's account
• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds
• Exploiting technical errors on the platform to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding fraudulently with other users
• Operating an account using a false identity
• Attempting a cyberattack against the platform

If any of the above violations are detected, eo999 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action if necessary.
